Head Nurse - Occupational Health directs nursing service activities for occupational health services. Develops and conducts training programs to promote employee safety in the workplace. Being a Head Nurse - Occupational Health conducts regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any health or safety hazards. Maintains records, investigates accidents and injuries, prepares appropriate reports for OSHA, and ensures compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations. Additionally, Head Nurse - Occupational Health coordinates the procurement, review, and project management of contracts and service agreements with outside vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. The Head Nurse - Occupational Health manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Nit Nurse is currently looking to hire Lice Removal Technicians throughout Florida with planned expansion to other states. Experience preferred, but not required. We will provide training to the right candidate. This job would be ideal for stay-at-home moms, , nurses, hair stylists, nannies, or previous daycare workers.
We are a mobile business. As one of our Nit Nurse techs, you will travel to the homes of families. Techs will complete head checks and remove them from their hair.
Lice technician duties include:
· Treating clients using our private labeled products,
· Head checks
· Conducting customer checkout, collect payments.
· Educating families regarding lice and treatment options.
· Sales of lice prevention products and our lice free membership plans to clients.
· Our technicians may also be asked to support our community outreach and educational and promotional programs.
This work opportunity is considered part time. Schedule is on an as-needed basis. This is a great position for someone with a wide-open schedule or someone who is looking to add some supplemental income. Ideal candidate must be willing to work a wide range of hours. These hours include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The frequency of jobs varies from week to week. Must be willing to have significant blocks of time you can dedicate to the job and a willingness to prioritize this work in your schedule.
You MUST have reliable transportation. Must be willing to drive all over assigned territory.
