Hometown Pediatrics is a small, family-owned practice located in Athens, AL. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients, schedule their appointments, and answer any questions about our practice. You will work to create an excellent patient experience and maintain a clean and professional appearance of the office.

In addition to maintaining the office, all tasks include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Presentable
