As the Early Head Start (EHS) Health Services Specialist, you will work closely with families and children to guide them on preventive care and pediatrics. You are responsible for ensuring all children enrolled in EHS are up to date with required immunizations, well checks, and lead and hemoglobin screenings as mandated by Indiana Child Care Licensing and NAEYC. In addition, you will maintain accurate health records and track food allergies. You will work with the other Health Services Specialist to care for children admitted into the Kids Kampus Clinic due to illness or monitoring after an injury.
