In this role, you will: Create a clear and meaningful strategy (based on desired business & teammate outcomes) for Learning & Development across leadership, professional and upskilling opportunities. Standardize and optimize Clorox’s learning journeys across the enterprise by gathering, structuring, and rationalizing existing materials and outcomes delivered (25%). Lead a team of L&D professionals to deliver exceptional learning outcomes; continuously build the capability of the team to drive greater impact every year (25%). Conduct assessments and analyses to define business-driven gaps to performance, skill and knowledge and recommend learning solutions to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement (15%). Conceptualize innovative and flexible learning solutions, including the design and delivery of in-house training sessions, enrollment in online learning programs, mentoring, self-learning, and other methods as appropriate (15%) Lead the development and continuous improvement of the comprehensive learning & development strategy and programs ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals. Use data & analytics to validate/quantify meaningful outcomes (20%). Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify learning and development needs; experience in running targeted development programs; Deep knowledge of the training/learning related offerings available in the market, including relevant training organizations and service providers – experience managing vendor relationships Exposure to authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development systems, tools and resources.
