Being a Head of Anesthesiology works closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. Manages a staff of anesthesia technicians and nurses. Additionally, Head of Anesthesiology requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Head of Anesthesiology manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. HS Child and Family Manager:
*Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing HS child and family services, monitoring for compliance and best practice; guiding and directing HS staff; assisting with program design and management, including: self-assessment, staff files; training for education staff and HS FES; grant budgets and applications; and coordinates with other agency staff and community partners to ensure quality services throughout the program, promoting school readiness and parent, family, and community engagement; taking the lead in staff development, CDA, and CLASS.
*Qualifications: BA/BS in Education with Early Childhood endorsement and supervisory experience preferred; knowledge of the Head Start program preferred

*Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing high-quality coaching, guided reflection, training and technical assistance on best practices related to early learning and supporting social emotional development. Employee will coach staff to improve instructional outcomes and intentional teaching strategies in accordance with the program’s School Readiness Goals and The Early Learning Outcomes Framework.
*Qualifications: BA/BS Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field; 2 Years’ experience working with young children
