Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders and obtain proper approval
• Process invoices for payment
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Utilize fiscal software for managing financial data and transactions.
• Maintain accurate records through double entry bookkeeping practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• Excellent skills in financial report writing with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
