As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in both residential and commercial settings. Duties:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Launder and fold towels and linens
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns or requests promptly
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel or housekeeping management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or tasks
- Familiarity with residential and commercial cleaning practices
- Basic cooking skills may be required for certain positions
