Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Engineering and MBSE initiatives from inception to completion
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for Systems Engineering or MBSE
• Support the digital transformation of our clients, including tasks such as developing methods and framework, and implementing digital tools
• validating the digital solutions through pilot projects for MBSE capabilities such as 150% configuration model of the interior design
• developing concepts for model-based requirements management
• leveraging the model to perform V&V activities
• Assess and review our client's maturity in the adoption of Systems Engineering and MBSE
• Attend meetings and workshops with the customer, both remotely and on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in definition, design, and analysis of safety critical systems and architectures
• Experience in cleaning/refining and decomposing requirements for model usage
• Experience in report generation from SysML model data
• Experience in functional and logical architecture definition and interface analysis
• Experience in using and customizing SysML in the aerospace industry
• Experience in conducting V&V and Testing (e.g., defining test cases)
• Experience in communicating with technical teams to collect requirements, describe product features and technical designs
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience with NoMagic Cameo
• Experience with IBM DOORS, Jama or similar requirements tool a Plus
• Experience with model-based variant management, e.g., Pure::Variants, BigLever or PLE plugin a Plus
• Experience with commercial airplane design, airplane interiors design and certification, FAR Part 25 and ARP-4761 a Plus
