Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency in practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
