Overview

Director of Behavioral Health needed for outpatient program. 

Signet Health has an immediate opening for a Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW, LPC) at our senior adult intensive outpatient program in Olney, Texas.  You must be licensed in Texas to be considered for this position. 

Signet Health offers robust compensation package with a starting salary range between $78,000 - $82,000.00 as well as a generous sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. 

Your primary day to day responsibilities will be:

• Managing the day to day operations of the program.
• Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program. 
• Providing both group and individual therapy.

Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications

• Valid Texas license as Masters level social worker or counselor; Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor. 
• Experience in working with hospital based group programs, senior adult.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Trauma treatment with EMDR experience.
