Assist Engineer, Construction Manager, Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Specialist in the administration of the Sanitation Facilities Construction (SFC) Program.
Working with the Engineer’s office to compile a list of participants seeking assistance under the SFC Program.
Verify participant qualifications for the SFC Program.
Draft site plans with drafting manual.
Perform soil analysis to design wastewater disposal system.
Provides construction inspection for installation of water and wastewater disposal systems.
Compiles as-built drawings on paper.
Monitoring and observing construction daily at the site location from beginning to the completion of the project.
Supervises SFC crew.
Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.
Must possess a valid driver license and be eligible for coverage under WRFCHC’s auto insurance policy.
Highschool diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of construction concepts and experience as it pertains to individual water and wastewater disposal systems.
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as Word and Excel (does not include WYSTARS).
Must be able to pass a criminal background check under the Indian Child Protection Act and Family Act (P.L.101-630).
Current BLS Certification or must be able to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
May be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.
