Being a Health Value Analyst evaluates prospective technologies that may significantly impact revenue and support strategic planning. May require a bachelor's degree of specialty. Additionally, Health Value Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Health Value Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Desarrollar tareas para la implementación de proyectos de mejora continua dentro de la cadena de valor, como soporte directo a la figura del Gerente de cadena de valor y al Gerente Operacional, a través de la implementación y el seguimiento de estándares y metodología de enfoque “System CIP” de Bosch
Realización de tareas de implementación en área de responsabilidad, incluyendo tareas de ejecución de estándares de acuerdo a requerimiento
Recabar información sobre el desempeño de los procesos, incluyendo reporte al Gerente de cadena de valor y/o Gerente de BPS
Dirigir el Cambio Cultural: Realizar las actividades asignadas a su posición a través de la cultura DCC promoviendo los valores de Pasión Empatía y Emprendimiento con sus líderes, colegas y clientes para mantener un ambiente laboral sano y generar trabajo en equipoSistema de Gestión Ambiental y Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional: Conocer y dar cumplimiento al Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) ISO 14001 y al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SGS) OHSAS 18001 acorde a los puntos 5.3 y 4.4.1 respectivamente y Norma Bosch N93 A3”
Sistema de Gestión de Calidad:
Conocer y asegurar la implementación del Sistema de Gestión Calidad acorde a ISO9001 e IATF16949 acorde al proceso en el que se desempeña dentro de la organizaciónRequisitos
2 años de experiencia en puesto de Manufactura, Calidad, Logística o Funciones técnicas a nivel E3 o comparable
Experiencia en administración de proyectos, con conocimiento de estructura y herramientas de seguimiento
Experiencia mayor a 1 año en enfoque de manufactura esbelta, con participación en proyectos de mejora
Hábil en solución de problemas, estructurado y con enfoque a búsqueda de alternativas para cumplir el objetivoInformación adicional
