Job Description:
The Healthcare Technology Representative Lead Supervisor serves as a Subject Matter Expert for automation & technology projects, provides support to existing technology and new operations systems, as well as support for new business implementations. He/She gathers business requirements, initiates feasibility studies, and maintains data for larger-scale operation projects, especially those involving technological enhancements. This position serves as a liaison between stakeholders, software engineers, and software users and, therefore, requires a thorough understanding of operations, as well as technology. He/She could coordinate work with other Technology Representative supervisors assigned to the new business or automation implementation.
The Healthcare Technology Representative Lead Supervisor gathers business requirements for system changes and new Implementations to train and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts with operations and provide approvals for the Healthcare Life Cycle Management tool. He/She should have a broad knowledge of the cGMP, Smart Solve System, TPL (Technology Project List) application, and UPS's validation processes. Consults with Quality Management Group to provide guidance and supporting data requested during investigation and support of Compliance concerns.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,840/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,580/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This position is eligible for a bonus based on company performance.
