Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. The Regional Director leads and develops colleauges and directs regional initiatives to support Hartford HealthCare's vision and Cancer Institute goals, objectives and standards of care.
