The American Flyers Sponsorship program might be just what you’re looking for.  During this program, highly selected candidates will work in all facets of operations and customer service or as an A&P mechanic while earning monthly training scholarships and a monthly salary.  If selected the program lasts 12-18 months while training for your private, instrument, commercial and certified flight instructor certificates. Qualifications

• Must possess A&P certificates
  
• Ability to relocate to any of our locations in the United States (some assistance provided)
• Successful interview
• Ability to work in the United States (we do not sponsor work visas at this time)
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking the English language

Maintenance Position Responsibilities

• 50-hour, 100-hour and annual inspections on Cessna 172, Piper100i and Piper Seminoles
• Scheduled and unscheduled daily maintenance 
• Air-worthiness directives 
• Powerplant and electrical troubleshooting
• General maintenance
