We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk/Help Desk Associate to join our team. This role will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to members and visitors while also offering technical support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors, members, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling mail/packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assist members with technical issues, such as computer/software problems, printer setup, and network connectivity
- Provide general IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform basic IT help desk tasks, such as password resets, software installations, and peripheral setup
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in IT or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a knack for troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with various operating systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented
