Job Summary: Filters all Help Desk calls or tickets and initiates initial contact with users for basic support and troubleshooting. Gathers and analyzes information about the user's issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem. Fllows up with users to verify helpdesk tickets are resolved to user's satisfaction prior to closing tickets. Monitors Help Desk for outstanding unresolved issues.Clear All
