MSR Starr Transport & Logistics LLC is seeking a Helper in our Richfield, OH location.

This position to provide timely deliveries to local homes. This is a two person job (Driver and a Helper) requiring skills in installation of major appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers and other household items in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of major appliances: removal and install of refrigerator doors, stoves, washer & dryer hookups, dishwasher and tv delivery/set ups .
• Operate equipment in a safe manner to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and property.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Help load and unload materials as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Team worker

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in installation.
• Previous experience in home delivery or other related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work with little supervision while following company policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written, while performing all duties assigned.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Must be able to follow instructions but also be able to make decisions on how best to accomplish the task without being told outright.
