Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, maintaining the store's appearance, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice based on customers' preferences and needs
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Stay informed about current design trends and product offerings
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a home decor or interior design environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Knowledge of interior design principles and an appreciation for aesthetics
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in interior design is a plus
