    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the acute care unit, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
    • Maintain open communication with patients, families, and team members to support a comfortable and informed care experience.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the hospital's mission of compassionate, whole-person care.

    Must Have's:

    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
    • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
    • 12 months or less of nursing experience in a hospital setting.

    Nice to Have's:

    • National Certification in the area of specialty upon hire is preferred.

    Shifts Available: 36 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule

    Salary: $71,829 to $143,601

    Benefits:

    Eligible candidates with hospital acute care experience may receive up to an $18,000 hiring bonus, with up to a $12,000 hiring bonus for those with less than 12 months of acute care experience.

    Relocation assistance is also available for ideal candidates.

    Pay: $102,085.00 - $111,899.00 per year
