Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Crewperson to join our team. The crewperson will be part of a 3 person team maintaining town roads.

Duties
- Plow snow and conduct winter road maintenance

- Operate heavy equipment such as graders, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, and tractors]
- Engage in repair and maintenance of equipment

Experience
- CDL-B required, with no automatic restriction or ability to test to have the restriction removed
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred
- Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery effectively
- Experience with backhoe/excavator operation is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
