Care Coordinator Purpose
The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in protecting the company's image and mission not only to the public, but to caregivers as well. Responsible for all aspects of caregiver training, problem- solving, on-boarding and compliance.
In keeping with our vision and strategy of hiring and retaining the highest quality people to provide our client services, the Client Care Coordinator role is pivotal in maintaining enthusiasm throughout the Sunlight Care model designed to be person centered both for Clients and caregivers. The Client Care Coordinator creates the first impression for clients and caregivers empowering and encouraging them along their journey through educational and hands-on training, positive communication, and support. The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in protecting the company's image and mission not only to the public, but to caregivers as well. Responsible for all aspects of caregiver training, problem- solving, on-boarding and compliance. Also, responsible for independently learning all aspects of new company procedures and training as approved and directed by the executive team. Typical hours of work will depend on the training needs and the clients’ hours as needed based on scheduling conflicts and shift left open. Must participate in the on-call rotation.
