Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing - Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning - Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed - Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality Experience: - Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately Skills: - Proficient in taking vital signs and understanding their significance - Knowledge of various body systems and common health conditions - Experience in providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Familiarity with medication administration protocols - Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Basic cooking skills for meal preparation At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation packages.
