Key responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care and support to individuals with ASD in their home environment.
Implement behavior management strategies and techniques tailored to each individual's needs.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Facilitate engagement in therapeutic activities and social interactions.
Maintain detailed documentation of care provided and behavior observations.
Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and behavior challenges
Understanding of ASD and associated behaviors
Ability to implement behavioral intervention strategies effectively
Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communicate skills
Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to client well-being and safety
Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
