Title: RN Case Manager/Dis Planner/Utilization Nurse
Location: Meeker, CO
Shift: Days, M-F
Contract: 13 weeks

Pay Package for a Traveler (Based on 40 hrs per week)
Taxable pay: $1920/weekly
Non-taxable: $1162/weekly
Gross pay: $3082/weekly

The facility is currently accepting permanent placement submissions.

Facility Salary: $33.50 to $47.00

Job Description:

Seeking energetic, capable, skilled case manager with knowledge of IMM, MOON, HINN notices and experience with MCG. Must have computer skills

ABOUT: 16 bed Critical Access Hospital with 1 Case Manager located in Meeker, CO

Patient Ratio: less than 1:15 1- Average daily census is 4.7

COVID Vaccinations: required per State mandate

HOUSING: Possibility of sharing 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment - *** ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!***

RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.

Must have BLS from AHA.

Must have RN license in CO state or Compact license.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,082.00 per week
