Facilities Move Coordinator

Pay rate : $23.00 / hr

Hours : 8am-5pm

Location : Newport Beach, CA

Duration : 3 months

SUMMARY :

• This person will provide facilities management support, infrastructure support, and inventory management support.
• Responsible for coordinating the movement of customer personnel, of
• Schedules move process with vendors.
• The facilities service specialist will work independently at times with various business units to maintain an acceptable work environment that meets occupants expectations and operational requirements.
• There will be extensive lifting, standing or walking.
• If lifting over 50 lbs. assistance will be available from another team member.
• The dress code for this location is Business Professional.
• Creates Status Log of pervious weeks moves.
• Data Entry into TRAC or other systems as required. - Interfaces with customer departments (ex. IT) to ensure successful moves.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must have the following background to be successful in this role : someone with a professional background and calm demeanor.
