May perform other administrative functions as necessary. Additionally, Hospital Staffing Coordinator may be responsible for recruiting new staff. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hospital Staffing Coordinator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. - Act as a central department resources for the correspondence of written and oral communication.
- Evaluate and implement departmental systems and procedures to maximize and ensure efficiency, as required.
- Determine communication equipment needs and request required maintenance service.
- Utilize staffing software applications and applicable reports daily to logistically provide supplemental resources to the institution.
