Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Staffing Coordinator will receive direct support from the Director of HR and the Retention/Recruiting Director. Each staffing coordinator works closely with the Care Coordinator and the Scheduling Department to ensure the highest level of care to our clients and caregivers. They will direct all office activities including human resource issues, Direct Care Worker communication, and client communication. The staffing coordinator is responsible for the office's recruitment and retention as well as employment, compensation, benefits, and other similar matters. Personnel records will be compiled and maintained by the staffing coordinator. Orientations will be conducted to ensure all policies and procedures meet the Comfort Keeper standard of care. Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and two years of experience in healthcare, staffing, and/or client services a . Proficiency in MS Office applications and databases. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Applicant must have a valid drivers license and vehicle.
