Job Responsibilities:
The staffing coordinator is responsible for scheduling staff to meet the needs of the facility.
The scheduler is responsible for ensuring the company’s labor requirement and PPD are met and that staffing reports are completed.
The staffing coordinator is responsible for monitoring overtime, open shifts and working with the nursing management team reviewing the daily, weekly, monthly schedule
The scheduler is responsible for reviewing paid time off requests with the nursing management team.
The scheduler works closely with the HR department to review position vacancies and should have a knowledge of excel spreadsheets.
Prior healthcare staffing experience preferred.
