May perform other administrative functions as necessary. Additionally, Hospital Staffing Coordinator may be responsible for recruiting new staff. Typically requires a high school diploma. Vantage at Milford is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team!
You will be responsible for working with the Director of Nursing Services to determine and identify staffing needs, plan schedules, and maintain employee related schedule records. You will particpate in the planning process to ensure shift coverage, work closely with department staff to process time off, and maintain attendance records as needed.
Previous work experience with proven track record in similiar position: scheduling, timekeeping or payroll, preferably in healthcare a plus.
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
