Hot Oil Unit Operator operates machinery used for proper breakdown of wax, paraffin and other buildup in hot oil units. Responsible for proper handling of hot oil truck and all other tools or machinery. Being a Hot Oil Unit Operator may be responsible for training new employees and ensuring that personnel is properly adhering to safety precautions. May perform administrative duties as necessary. Additionally, Hot Oil Unit Operator requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hot Oil Unit Operator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Position Summary:
This position is responsible for growing business and expanding market share within a given sales territory for Harms Oil Company. The Business Development Manager builds relationships with Harms Oil’s new and existing customer base, works through customer operational and business challenges and provides education and updates on industry information. This position is responsible to know the territory, its opportunities and competition. The position is responsible to keep owners and management informed of sales, market findings, and attainment of goals via daily and weekly reports.
