Hot Oil Unit Operator jobs in Melbourne, FL
Hot Oil Unit Operator operates machinery used for proper breakdown of wax, paraffin and other buildup in hot oil units. Responsible for proper handling of hot oil truck and all other tools or machinery. Being a Hot Oil Unit Operator may be responsible for training new employees and ensuring that personnel is properly adhering to safety precautions. May perform administrative duties as necessary. Additionally, Hot Oil Unit Operator requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hot Oil Unit Operator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience in ERP systems
- Conduct business reviews with customers
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Self starter ability
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer relationship building skills, ability to build trust and rapport, must be able to build long term relationships at senior levels within the customer organisation
- Understanding of the national and local landscape, must be well versed on current events and industry news.
- Strong presentation skills
- Three to five years sales and customer service experience
Working Conditions
General office environment (prolonged sitting/eye strain from computer use, deadlines, indoor air quality/temperatures, lighting, etc.)
Driving for extended periods of time (i.e. more than five hours of business travel per week)
