We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing our front-of-house operations, ensuring that our service runs smoothly with our high standards maintained, and that our guests leave with a memorable experience. Responsibilities:

• Administrative & Organizational Duties (10-15 hours/week):
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Participate in the hiring process for front-of-house staff, including interviews, paperwork, and training.
• Handle day-to-day organizational needs, ensuring all front-of-house task lists are completed and up to standard.
• Manage inventory and ordering of front-of-house supplies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service and customer satisfaction, often working with the Chief Experience Officer for any current projects.
• Operational Duties (15-20 hours/week):
• Oversee service on the floor to ensure a smooth operation and memorable customer experiences, stepping in to fill in gaps as necessary.
• Manage employee call-ins by quickly resolving staffing issues to avoid service disruptions.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive dining and gaming experience.
• Learn and oversee day to day tech and gaming success.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure a seamless interaction between the front and back of house.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture among staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or bars.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing both administrative and operational duties efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints gracefully and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
