General Function/Primary Responsibilities: Attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the Marina Inn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Being on time to work is very important. Please call if you are going to be late, 15 minutes or more coming in.

Open up on days the Director and Asst Is off and oversee housekeeping Dept.

Fully embrace Service Excellence Initiative by demonstrating “customer-first” actions for all internal and external customers and accepting responsibility and accountability for demonstrating empowerment decisions and actions during daily work.

Inspects, cleans and servicing of guest rooms.

Assign special assignments as directed by the Director of Housekeeping &

Train direct and motivate room attendants.

Ability to maintain and improve overall quality standards, flexible schedule.

Promote a synergistic relationship between customers, employees and other divisions.

Maintain appropriate personal development.

Adhere to Company policies.

Observe and enforce proper safety procedures.

Exhibit a high level of personal organization and time management.

Ensure timely completion of special projects and other duties as assigned.

Maintain personal integrity at all times and in all matters.

Appropriate and timely feedback to supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

: High School Diploma or Equivalent

: 1 to 2 years work related experience

Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear, smell.

Routinely lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Required to work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
