This position will be responsible for the daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, quality service, guest satisfaction and safety. The Housekeeping Supervisor will promptly report emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management.
The Supervisor must comply with all guest service basics such as uniforms, nametags and proper guest greeting. They will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards and will assist room attendants as needed and provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Executive Housekeeper functions in his/her absence.
The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.
