The Position
This position manages the daily administration of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Programs and supervises the direct program responsibilities required of HCV staff. Other duties include but not limited to ensuring compliance with federal law and regulations, Notice of Funding Applications (NOFA) commitments and DHA’s Administrative Plan as they apply to all assigned functions, participating in the planning of departmental goals, policies and procedures and strategizing and managing projects and implementing action plans, performance measures and program enhancements
