Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR / Administrative Assistant at St. Joe Tool Co. The HR / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including administrative assistance, written communication, assisting with hiring and developing training and SOPs. The role will require on-site work at the company's facility in Sawyer, MI.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in providing executive administrative assistance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
