    Position: Benefits Specialist
    Location: Work from home with occasional in-person meetings with businesses (WA State)

    Responsibilities:

    • Consulting with local businesses in Washington State to find tailored employee benefits solutions.
    • Manage a pipeline of prospects, develop relationships, and understand each client’s needs to provide the best possible benefits package.
    • Present & Educate clients on benefits options, including health insurance, ancillary/worksite benefits, and our complimentary enrollment technology.
    • Collaborate with brokers and clients to offer full-service benefits solutions and ensure seamless integration of services.
    • Work Independently to build your book of business while maintaining strong relationships and client satisfaction.
    • Ongoing relationship management and supporting clients through their enrollment process and renewals.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Sales Experience: 2 years in sales (preferably B2B), with a focus on relationship building, pipeline management, and closing deals.
    • Insurance Sales Experience: Knowledge of or experience in the employee benefits space, with a preference for those who have worked with health insurance brokers or have experience with ancillary/worksite benefits.
    • Strong Communication Skills: You must be comfortable engaging with clients, explaining complex benefits options, and providing clear, concise information.
    • CRM Experience: Familiarity with using a CRM system to manage leads, track sales, and nurture long-term relationships.
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated to reach your goals.
    • Relationship-Focused: This is not a transactional sales job. We’re looking for someone who values building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional value to clients.
