TITLE: HR Business Partner/Senior HR Generalist

RELOCATION: PaidGROWING manufacturer is looking for an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Generalist for their manufacturing plant in Marshalltown, IA.SUMMARY:
- Part of the HR Team that provides the full range of HR leadership/expertise and HR Business Partner/HR Generalist support to a union manufacturing plant
- Reports to the Plant HR ManagerREQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience
-- at least some of this HR experience needs to be in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or similar industries is preferred
- Union/labor relations experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual
