The Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be a part of an innovative Human Resources department with a seat at the table as a credible and respected partner and keeper of culture. Our innovation extends into all our people programs as we have a strong voice and professional freedom to try new things. The Manager, HRBP will own and lead several critical projects and partner with leaders to support employee engagement, employee experience and our company culture for one region. This role is a champion for our team members and a trusted coach to our people managers.
We seek the Manager, HRBP to join our dedicated corporate team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time benefits-eligible position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll do:
Listen to our employees; be a trusted advisor by creating a space where their voices are heard and acted on accordingly.
Develop our leaders; Provide consultation to managers on people challenges and coach them to be strong people leaders.
Be strategic and data-driven; help set and implement a strategy and operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$80,000 - $110,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per Year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
