The Senior HR Business Partner serves as an organizational resource for all internal employees, with a focus on labor relations. SHRBP Must have minimum 5 to 8 years labor relations experience including responsibility for the grievance, arbitration process and contract negotiations. Will work with conjunction with outside labor attorney representing PCHC at the negotiations table in 2025.
Ensures union contract adherence. Trains management team members in labor management. Advises management on union disciplinary action matters. Must possess labor law education and demonstrated knowledge of advanced labor relations principles. Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiating skills. Requires exceptional organizational skills ensuring grievance timelines are adhered. Healthcare experience is preferred.
