Overview :
As an HRExecutive you will play a crucial role in supporting the HRdepartment by implementing and coordinating various HR programs andpolicies.
You will be responsible for recruitment onboardingemployee relations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.Your contribution will be vital in fostering a positive workenvironment and supporting the overall success of theorganization.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Manage therecruitment process including job postings screening resumes andconducting interviews
- Facilitate new employeeonboarding and conduct orientationsessions
- Handle employee relations issues andprovide guidance on conflictresolution
- Maintain employee records and ensuredata accuracy in HRIS
- Assist in performancemanagement processes including evaluations andgoalsetting
- Coordinate training and developmentinitiatives
- Participate in the implementationof HR policies and procedures
- Conduct exitinterviews and analyze turnover trends
- Ensurecompliance with labor laws andregulations
- Support HR reporting andanalytics
- Manage employee benefitsadministration
- Handle HRrelated inquiries andprovide timely accurate responses
- Assist withorganizational development and changemanagement
RequiredQualifications :
- Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
- Proven experience in HR roles preferablyas an HR Assistant or in a similarcapacity
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRbest practices
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MSOffice with advanced Excel skills
- Ability tomaintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in HRmatters
- Demonstrated ability to multitask andprioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
- Understanding of recruitmentprocesses and sourcing strategies
- Experience inconducting employee orientation andtraining
- Knowledge of performance managementsystems and techniques
- Familiarity with HRmetrics and reporting
- Solid problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
- Certification in HRmanagement is a plus
- Experience in supportingdiversity and inclusion initiatives
