A small community healthcare system located in outside of La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent RN House Supervisor to join their team!

The RN House Supervisor Job Details:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• Night shift, 12 hour shifts, 7p-7a
• Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays
• $3.00 night shift differential
• Great nursing leadership and administration team!
• House Supervisor duties involve working in a variety of nursing departments, assuming house responsibilities, and serving as a resource throughout the shift with regards to staffing, coordination of nursing service activities and patient care in a rural hospital setting
• Night, weekend and holiday differentials along with an enhanced benefit package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, PTO and a 401k savings plan!

The RN House Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

• WI RN license
• BLS and ACLS required, PALS and NRP preferred
• A minimum of 2 years experience in hospital-based nursing strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, organization and team building skills with ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively
