• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth of the marine business line across multiple locations in the Caribbean
  
• Work closely with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  
• Ensure exceptional customer service to cultivate and grow the client base.
  
• Analyze financial data and contribute to financial reporting.
  
• Introduce new products effectively into the market.
  
• Participate in contract negotiations with global accounts.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting.
  
• Knowledge of marine products and services preferred.
  
• Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus.
