Job Title: HR Policy Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Gainesville, FL (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures that meet organizational needs and comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to inform policy development and updates. Analyze data and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Provide support for various HR policy initiatives, including policy drafting, stakeholder consultation, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure HR policies and practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Stay current on changes in employment law and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
- Work closely with HR teams and management to support policy-related projects and initiatives. Facilitate training and communication about policy changes as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in HR policy analysis, development, and implementation. Proven ability to manage HR policy-related tasks and support initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and policy drafting.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
