*Job Summary*

As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

*Responsibilities*

- Conduct talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of HR records and databases

- Support succession planning initiatives and employee development programs

- Participate in recruiting efforts for various positions within the organization

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies

- Utilize ADP or similar software for applicant tracking

- Assist in drafting employment contracts and maintaining personnel files

- Collaborate with ADP or similar systems for timekeeping and attendance tracking

- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes

*Experience*

- Proven experience in project management within an HR setting

- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and best practices

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of succession planning principles

- Experience in recruiting and onboarding procedures

- Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices

- Previous exposure to contract drafting and management

- Familiarity with AOD or similar timekeeping systems

- Ability to collect, analyze, and present HR-related data effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
