We are searching for a HRIS Associate to join our agency. This position will be based out of our office located at 314 South Manning Blvd in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Process Personnel Change Authorization Forms for internal transfers, promotions, demotions, leave of absence, terminations, etc.
- Maintain Data Integrity Log and resolve basic HR data issues to include troubleshooting data errors for automated workflows
- Assist HRIS Specialist in functional maintenance of Infor HR System
- Complete standard and recurring reports for internal users
- Manage and maintain user accounts in applicant tracking system
- Perform system testing for enhancements and/or upgrades
- Assist HRIS Administrator with updates and management of multiple HR applications, including applicant tracking system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in field of Business Administration, Human Resources, HR Information Systems or related field
- At least one (1) year experience, specifically in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in HR/Payroll application software, Microsoft Access as well as Infor or similar HRIS system
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality. Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to pay close attention to detail, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Must be able to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative.
Rate of pay is commensurate on experience.
