Position Summary : The HRIS Specialist (Human Resources Information System Specialist) is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s HRIS software (UKG) and supporting the HR team with data management, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
The HRIS Specialist acts as a liaison between HR and business functions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality of the HRIS, as well as helping to drive HR process automation and efficiency.
