Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. - Ensuring the delivery of quality products by conducting QA and UAT testing, developing test plans and cases, and validating results.
- Documenting requirements, processes, interfaces, and workflows meticulously.
- Assisting in the development, maintenance, and management of ATS integrations with various platforms.
- Addressing production support issues by liaising with Talent Acquisition Teams, vendors, and IT counterparts.
- Identifying areas of improvement through close collaboration with users, vendors, and IT.
- Upholding data security standards during report design, testing, and scheduling.
- Building meaningful relationships with stakeholders in HR, Talent System vendors, IT, and HRIS.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 yrs’ related experience
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or vendor management systems (VMS)
- Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience with User Acceptance Testing or Quality Assurance testing
- Experience with MS Access
Compensation: $70,000-$100,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
