HRIS Specialist
Under the general direction of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Manager, the HRIS Specialist will assist with the planning and management of HR information systems (HRIS) and HCM data. This position will serve as a liaison between HR, ITS, and other departments on all reporting, data entry/management, and HRIS project management needs.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or other business related areas.
2. Must have five (5) years of experience in Human Resources or ITS field.
3. Must have three (3) years of experience in HRIS project management.
4. Expertise in Excel.
5. PeopleSoft or UKG experience preferred.
6. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
7. Valid New Jersey driving license.
